Purpose: Reporting on classes with >0 enrollment and one or more problems with instructor assignment.
Description:

Rows: One row per class where there is a problem with instructor assignment:

  1. Enrollment> 0 and no instructor assigned (Instructor Flag = "No Instructor")
  2. Enrollment> 0 for Enrollment section, and no instructor with grading access to grade roster (Instructor Flag = "No Grading Access")
  3. Enrollment> 0 for Enrollment section, and no instructor with approval access to grade roster (Instructor Flag = "No Approval Access")

Columns: Core Schedule of Classes data elements, with instructor data if any
