April 7, 2016: Integration Announcement

Hello Campus Application Developers,

Here is the SIS Integrations team weekly summary of items of interest to our integration partners.

Enrollment API is now Available for Testing at API Central

Go to API Central and request access using the “Add credentials for this API” button located in API Credentials. As soon as your request is approved, you can use the Interactive Docs, “Try it Out!” button, to access UAT/SIS QAT to start testing.

Highlights

  • The Enrollment API provides access for authorized users to view student enrollments and class roster

  • This API will be in Production on Sunday, April 17th as part of Go Live 5.2

  • Students will begin enrolling in classes on Monday, April 18th. At this point data will be available by API

Up Next

  • Student API Collections - the ability to retrieve a set of student records in one API call; e.g. all SIR’d students

  • Terms API - provides access to the academic calendar terms dates

Reminders

  • Bearfacts/STUPROD/Oracle data views are still available but do not have data for Fall 2016. For more information see the sis project page.
