GL 5.6h

Student API

Includes the following bug fixes:

  • When a complex element is empty, API will now omit empty child nodes

  • Removed unnecessary fields (category, academicYear, beginDate, or endDate) from term nodes includes in academicStatus

  • Birth.description will not be populated with the country name

  • Identifier.disclose will always be “true” for type="campus-uid"

  • Corrected an issue where emergencyContact.phones shows as an array with a single blank item rather than an empty array when no data is present

  • Corrected calculation of AcademicStatus.currentRegistration.termUnits

  • Corrected an issue where hold.impacts were sometimes duplicated

  • Corrected an issue where address.stateName was showing as "Primary" rather than the correct value, and address.primary was not shown

  • usaCountry.citizenshipStatus Description was showing code but not description

GL 5.6i

Class API

  • API will now populate Class Attribute Value “formal description”

  • Revised pagination feature to use page numbers rather than class IDs

  • Class Notes now mapped into EDO class attributes structure to provide access to additional class fields

Course API

  • Revised wild card search for “subject area” such that queries will also search the “nicknames" field as well as the subject area field; e.g. "%ENGIN%" will  return all courses with subject-area-code or "nicknames" that included "ENGIN" (e.g. EL ENG, IND ENG, MEC ENG, CIV ENG).
