Hello Campus Application Developers,

 

Here is the SIS Integrations team weekly summary of items of interest to our integration partners.

Student API - What you can expect next week

When the next version of Student API goes into Production on 3/22, you can expect to see this converted data for continuing students:

  • active Career Program Plan (CPP) data including Majors and Minors

  • additional details such as academic level - Freshman/Sophomore etc.

 

After Decision Day on 3/24, new data will become available as students SIR and they receive an Affiliation of “Applicant/SIR Complete”.  As these new students progress through onboarding and clearing, the Student API will return additional data such as matriculation status and eligibility to enroll in classes.

Course/Class APIs - New dates

The Course and Class APIs originally scheduled for release on 3/22 (Go-Live 5) have been rescheduled to Go-Live 5.1 (April 4).  These APIs will be in UAT sometime during the week of 3/28.   Enrollment API is still scheduled for Go-Live 5.2 (April 14).

 

SIS Campus Solutions Reduced Planned Outage Hours:

The SIS Campus Solutions outage has been reduced to 24 hours only instead of four days. The new outage times are from Saturday, March 19th at 5 a.m. to Sunday, March 20th at 5 a.m. During this planned outage, the technical team will implement new SIS functionality and load data in preparation for SIS Go Live 5 on March 22.
