March 31, 2016: Integration Announcement

Hello Campus Application Developers,

Here is the SIS Integrations team weekly summary of items of interest to our integration partners.

Course & Class APIs now available in UAT at API Central

  • The Course API provides access to approved courses from the campus Course Management System (CMS) and includes data such as course title, description, and units

  • The Class API provides access to the term-based class schedule beginning with Fall 2016.  This API provides access to data such as classroom assignment, meeting days and times and instructors.

For access to these APIs, go to API Central to request access using the “Add credentials for this API” button. As soon as your request is approved, you can use the Interactive Docs, “Try it Out!” button to access UAT/SIS QAT.

The Course and Class APIs will be in Production on Monday, 4/4/16

Reminders

  • Bearfacts/STUPROD/Oracle data views are still available but do not have data for Fall 2016. For more information see the sis project page.
